Pawtuk is a marketplace connecting pet owners with providers. Users must provide accurate information and behave respectfully.
Disclaimers
Pawtuk is not a medical provider. For emergencies, please contact your local emergency vet clinic immediately. We do not guarantee service outcomes from independent providers.
Provider Independence
Pawtuk is a marketplace platform only. All service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Pawtuk. Pawtuk is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by independent providers.
No Emergency Guarantee
Pawtuk is not for emergency use. If your pet is in immediate danger, please visit a 24/7 clinic. We do not guarantee immediate response times from providers.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities. Arranging bookings or payments outside the Pawtuk platform is a violation of our terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Payments & Fees
All transactions on Pawtuk are subject to our payment terms. During the beta period, Pawtuk charges 0% platform fee. Future fee changes will be communicated in advance. Fees for services are set by individual providers.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pawtuk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
